E-signing Minutes
It is easy to add an e-signature to your minutes. Only the Recording Secretary can add an e-signature.

Go to SMART Minutes for a closed meeting and navigate to Adjournment
Click on e-Signatures. This takes you to the e-Signature tab.

Click "New e-Signature" at the top right
Click New e-Signature at the top right-hand side
Choose a meeting date from the Select Meeting dropdown. The meeting must be approved before an e-signature can be added.
After choosing a meeting, a list of directors will appear.
Select the directors you want to sign
Select the directors to sign, then return to the e-signature list.

If you are asked to sign the minutes, you will see an orange Sign button:
After clicking Sign, a date is added to confirm the signature.
